There was no communication after the reservation was made, including no automated reminders on check in procedures. The property did not feel fully safe when walking in. The state of the actual room had previous damage, including what looked like some unrepaired fire damage. The couch arms were not attached so fell off when sitting on it.

Great location. The property is within easy walking distance of the Wynyard train station, allowing easy access from the airport. 15 minute walk in one direction to Circular Quay, 10 minutes in the other direction to Darling Harbour. The apartments themselves could do with a refresh. A lack of power points is an inconvenience

Very convenient location for ferry and train. Poorly maintained and cleaned with limited facilities. Definitely no more than two stars. Ask to be moved if the facilities are not what you expect. The information on transport from the airport is INCORRECT and outdated.
