Roomy suite with all promised amenities. However, I would not reserve this suite again because the sofa bed is very uncomfortable for sleeping. The mattress's spring pushes your bones and the whole bed sinks down. Since the hotel was fully booked, I had to find ways to make it a less punishing experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is good with several things to choose from (hot and cold).

Clean. Spacious rooms. Good value. We had suite. Two double beds and a pull out couch. Kitchen and good size fridge. Not super fancy, but very nice, comfy beds, and exactly what we needed.

Room was clean. Everything in the room worked. Staff was super helpful with an issue i had. Free washer and dryer came in handy. Breakfast was good. They tried to keep the hot food bins full but it was very busy. Sometimes you had to wait. Cons: they cant seem to keep things in stock. Had no orange juice for a couple of days. Then they ran out of coffee cups. There were still smaller cups, but the machine makes 1 size so the overflow puddled on the floor, which nobody seemed to want to clean. Needed assistance 1 morning and nobody was at front desk for at least 30 minutes.

There was mold and mildew in the room and air conditioners. Everyone got sick afterwards. The room smelled and when complained a cleaning person came in and squirted stuff on the floors. Long term renters were rude and annoying.

The price was right and the breakfast was great. We did not stay long enough to make use of the exercise room or the pool or the kitchen in the room. It was quiet and safe.

Overall was ok, but because the room was so humid all the time, the A/C had to run the entire stay to keep up with it, but unfortunately it cooled the room down too much. Also found the matresses too soft.
