Nice hotel and bar/restaurant.
Very nice place with an attached bar/restaurant which is nice after a long day of travel. The manager checked us in and was very hospitable. Felt bad for him as the computer program used for check in was not being kind to him. He handled it well however. I would stay here again and eat at their restaurant too!

This is a fairly new property. It was clean and the rooms were quiet. It is attached to a restaurant and there is a gas station/convenience store next door. Convenient (1 mile) to the Thruway (I-90) and I-481. Breakfast was basic (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.), but adequate. My only complaint was the low-flow faucet and shower.

The facility, staff, service, and breakfast were great. The only inconvenience is the parking. The building also houses a liquor store and a restaurant. The parking is spread out all around the large building, and I'm not sure how safe that is when the liquor store and restaurant are closed.

We have stayed in other local hotels in the areas, which are more costly, but the rooms and dining areas were nowhere as clean as Sleep Inn's. The staff was terrific, and we plan to stay here again during our next visit to Syracuse.

Came to Syracuse to visit ESF for my son’s college visit. Very nice hotel with friendly service and a nice person at the desk for check in. Very nice layout and welcoming atmosphere. I would stay again.
