Room was decent and what I expected. Room was cleaned every day which was nice seeing that a lot of hotels have moved away from that every day service. It was quite. Kind of on outskirts of industrial area. Nearby restaurants are mainly simple fast food. One sit down restaurant nearby. Areas near Federal Way have more food options.

Will always be looking for a Comfort Inn!!
We had driven 9 hours to get to our destination and were exhausted. The gentleman at the front desk was trying to clock out but stayed to check us in so we could get to our rooms fast. Very nice and clean and the beds were the best we have slept on in a hotel for a long time!!

The staff were nice and accommodating. They decorated the desk area for Halloween, which was festive. They offer cookies at 7 pm, a nice touch. There is a train that comes through occasionally that lightly shakes the building. Some maintenance issues with a door lock but it was quickly resolved.

The hotel itself was fine. Our room was the worst smelling cigarette infested room ive ever stayed in. All of our bags and even our shoes wreak of cigarette smoke. We do not smoke and this was supposed to be a non smoking hotel/room.

Bathroom floor was very dirty. One day there was no room service, waste cans not emptied, no fresh towels that were requested, etc. The bathroom door needs to be shortened, so that it will open and close over a towel on the floor. Bathtub was slippery and had no bath mat. (inside the tub and out) Shower water temp was lukewarm at best. Breakfast food was ok. Quaker cereal was kind of old. Should be fresher. Evening cookie was stale. Front desk clerks were very nice and friendly.

Had a very comfortable stay. There were some issues with the smoke detector, likely from a flood the room experienced a few wks ago. Nolan took care of things so we didn't have an interrupted stay. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, can you please ship the mattress and pillows to me? ;) Breakfast was good and filling and the coffee was unexpectedly strong, more hotels need to do this!

The desk staff was very helpful to us in suggesting where to park our RV, and to offer restaurant options. The ice machine was broken, and there was no restroom in the lobby. The rooms were clean and roomy as well as quiet. The breakfast had several choices and was plenty for our family. We would choose this Comfort Inn again.

Older hotel but clean. Breakfast was fine. Beds, pillows comfortable. Waited in line to check-in for 10 minutes but he was efficient and kind. I needed to use the restroom before checking in but it was locked and not working. No coffee in lobby in mid afternoon. First floor ice machine was out of order.
