The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Every employee I had dealings with went above and beyond to help me with whatever it was I needed. Especially Bobby the night manager - amazing. If I could give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough.

Sketchy Beyond Belief-- Stay Somewhere Else
We chose this hotel for a staycation and regretted it from the moment we walked in. The hotel contained many, many sketchy characters. The hotel first placed us on the bottom floor. Other patrons both banged on our doors and attempted to get in. We weren't in any way loud, it felt like it was more of a cause to bring us outside the room to either steal from us or do something with some other ulterior motive. It was scary. After a couple of these incidents within one hour we spoke to the hotel staff and they moved us to an upstairs room where we did not experience the previous chaos again. Choose a nicer hotel. It was very unsafe.

I choose this hotel, because it says online that they have gym, pool and jaccuzi. Pool is cold, jaccuzi is broken gym......just called gym, none of the machines are working. Request cleaning, nobody showed up. Too expensive for that kind of service.

The hotel itself was fine but the pictures make it look much nicer and much more updated than it actually is in person. The pool was incredibly cold which was disappointing since that was a main purpose for our stay. The breakfast was a great mix of cereal, sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. Definitely plenty of selection there. Nothing was wrong with our stay I was just disappointed with the cleanliness and quality compared to what is shown in the pictures so I would not stay at this location again without some Renovations being done

The hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. Rooms are large, well furnished, quiet and clean. Kitchenette with frig is nice to have. Breakfest buffet is nicely done with good selection of hot food and muffins, etc. Lobby is nice area with TV and comfortable seating.
