Everything was good except the fridge was not working. The first responses from the hotel staff were all sorts of BS denying the problem, until we insisted on changing the fridge out then they suddenly realized they plugged the fridge into the wrong outlet. This hotel really needs to improve their service and how they address customer concerns.

The hotel is near to Banqiao station and is very convenient if public transport is your main mode of travel. It is not as rowdy as at Taipeimain Station and eoom rates are more economical than that in Taipei main stations. Always stay around the area when travelling to Taiwan.

Hotel was clean, spacious, quiet, beautiful, and well run. Very nice and would definitely recommend. The Chinese restaurant on floor 3 (??) was excellent! The pool and view from the Sky Deck was spectacular.
