Very clean and the breakfast was amazing! Only drawback was the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t have a good nights rest. Other than that and feeling rushed to get out by 10 am . I don’t book lots of trips but It seems like every time I book one the checkout times are earlier and the checkin times are later. Wonder what next year brings? Anyway overall the 1 night stay was good.

Location was pretty good and close to bush gardens. Check in was horrible! Waited while the rep did God knows what for so long! Then in the room the AC was acting up. Tried calling for extra towels and neither of the phones worked in the room. The room was spacious but run down. Doors were cracked and tub had rust stains. Our second night was worse! There was no cold AC since and we had to sleep drenched in sweat and since we had no phones we also had to shower and use our cold wet towels! I mean horrible! They don’t even bother to take the trash out in the lobby drive through. I did however have three reps at checkout that were nice and caring to my frustration. Celine, Mathew, and the other one was Lorraine I believe. Overall horrible stay. I would like to speak to a manager to resolve this because I’m Not okay with my stay let alone that no supervisor or manager could help me on site.

This property was very well maintained & was super clean for being a high volume customer location. Exterior property was good given that Hurricane Milton went through 6 days prior. Dangerous areas due to downed trees & fallen limbs were roped off with caution tape

Way way below expectations…
1st room both beds were full of long black pet hairs. The blankets and sheets. The 2nd room smelled like strong mildew. The 3d room was dated but allowed us to rest. I left my insulin in the fridge. It took over 6 hours to reach someone over the phone? I received a vm from front desk advising me I was still in my room 5 hours later after initial check out 12 noon. All rooms should not be open to pets. Some humans are allergic to pet hairs and pay to stay somewhere clean

Horrible, dirty, poor customer service hotel
I have stayed in numerous hotels, and this was the worst hotel ever. This place is not clean at all. There were roaches crawling on the floor. I had an iron but no ironing broad, so I had to use one of our towels to place on the counter to be able to iron. And the worst thing that happened was, somehow the bathroom door Locked and I was unable to get into the restroom. I woke up at 3 o’clock in the morning to use the restroom and wasn’t able to get in. I called the front desk 13 times and no answer. I walked down to the lobby area at 3 o’clock in the morning to find out that both the side door and the front door were locked with a sign stating that if you needed assistance to call the number that I had already called 13 times with no answer. Luckily, I had another family member staying at the hotel that and I was able to use their restroom at 4 o’clock in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel at all. You will waste your money and their customer service was horrible. When I mentioned to them the experience I had all they could say to me was I’m sorry I’m sorry.

Iron didn’t work, took two days to get a working iron and we were checking out by then. Safe didn’t work and no one came after request to fix it, over multiple days. After cleaning, not one towel was left in the room. Had to request twice because they only brought a few towels the first time. There automated system for requesting things like this is absolutely terrible!!! You can never reach anyone by phone.
