Nice resort. Upscale appeal. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Only issue was daily housekeeping didn’t come all day until we’d get back to our room around 4:30 or so. So we’d rush to get ready and get back out again so they could come in.

I showed up for my confirmed reservation, and they were shutting down for the hurricane. It left me stranded with no options during hurricane Milton. Shame on Expedia and the grand Hyatt for not giving me updated information and leaving me in a dangerous situation.
