It's silly to charge $10 for parking in an uncovered parking lot; if anything, you could simply mark parking as "hotel guests only" and still utilize a parking slip. The night time check-in receptionist demonstrated a presence that might indicate further training on hospitality, cordiality and a welcoming spirit might be beneficial.

Great hotel for my quick stay for a concert at the Yuengling Center. It is off a busy street so I can be a little noisy but ear plugs are provided in the room if this may be an issue, otherwise it was great

This is a beautiful property and very convenient to Moffitt cancer center. The walls are rather thin but as a whole it was a very comfortable room. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and hot.

I stayed here because of the reviews on Hotels.com. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. Only one elevator worked. With how busy the hotel was you ended up standing there for a very long period of time trying to get up the elevator. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. If you are a light sleeper since this hotel is right next to the road, you can hear the noise of the traffic all night long. On my last day upon check out I found there was an extra parking fee attached to my bill, which was not told to me when I checked in. And also, there was no breakfast. Apparently the person did not show up which turned out to be our problem . So no breakfast and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude.

Unbelievably rude staff! The GM is an embarrassment to the Hilton chain. The hotel is filthy and full of squatters. Couldn’t be a worse place to stay.

The location is very convenient to USF. We stayed here because the property was listed as pet friendly. After check in, I was informed they would be charging me an additional $75 to have my pet with me. I would have been OK with this if 1- I had known about this ahead of time and 2- I did not spend the entire time we were there picking up small debris from the perimeter of the room and under the bed (rotten apple) to keep out of my dog's mouth. There isn't a very nice area where you can walk your dog to do their business ( basically the side of the road) The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Overall, for how much we paid, I would have expected nicer grounds and I learned per "friendly" really means pets "tolerated"
