I loved the decor. Rooms were clean and beds pillows very comfortable. They only had 2 bath towels but there was a number you could text for any requests. They always responded quickly and all of the staff were super friendly. Valet is $35 a night. There are nearby pay parking lots $25 a night. Not a big difference but you don’t have to worry about tipping etc… and the parking lot a 2 minute walk. The area around hotel was nice.

This is a very pretty property, however the first front desk lady we met wasn’t very helpful. We went to our rooms which were very small for the price and to my surprise hair was on the shower wall that wasn’t ours. The room looked like there was damage on the walls and ceilings. For the amount of money that I paid per room, because I purchased 2 rooms I thought it would have been cleaner and bigger. I don’t think I would book this place in the future. The lady Renee at the front desk was very helpful and really tried on our last day to be helpful. Overall it is very overpriced.

The hotel don't even have a coffee machine available per room. After 4pm, you can not ask for a coffee in the restaurant either. I arrived and no one helped me with my luggage. The smell at the room was a little weird at the beginning. The area where the hotel is located is dead at night, nothing opened, not even a pharmacy. There aren't stores close to the hotel opened at night.

Very dissatisfied with this property. Stayed before and this second time wasn't good . They fill up the fridge with merchandise and you can't put your items, room was dirty and smelly . I have requested to change the linens. Have requested ice for the room and took about 30 minutes to be delivered.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and a great coffee shop, bar and restaurant. The pool was perfect, we loved the foliage everywhere. And the toiletries in the room SMELLED AMAZING. We barely had to drive, everywhere we were going was in walking distance. Definitely will be staying every time we visit YBor!

Friends picked this hotel for our night before our cruise. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very cute hotel. Great location for visiting Ybor City and so close to the Port of Tampa. We are already planning to come back for a weekend getaway in Ybor.

It was a great hotel. Beautiful room and the balcony was spacious. The mandatory fee for valet parking was a turn-off as well as the lack of basics like an ice machine. Ringing the front desk was the only option which was fine, but by the time my ice came it was too late. Noise from the busy street might be a problem for some.
