We're happy and glad that our reservation wasn't cancelled due to Hurricane Milton. We had a wonderful stay and booked the adjoining room (1 King bed,2 queens,2 bath) which was great getaway for a family of 5 visiting Busch gardens the room is updated, had vinyl floors,good clean drawers, led vanity mirror, the bedside lamps have sockets to charge the phones in besides the one on the walls. This hotel is close to the attraction, many restaurants & fast food chain options. We arrived around 2:30pm and one of our rooms is still being cleaned. The staff was really nice. Assistant Manager Delphine was helpful and informative. The breakfast was ok, the usual waffle maker,hard boiled eggs (no omelettes or fried eggs) & burger patty, 2nd day there was pancakes as well I think. The toaster was broken so I hope they get a new one soon. Otherwise, it's still a good deal compared to other places nearby.

Nice base for park action.
Stayed here as it was next to Busch Gardens. Arrived early in the day and make sure it was ok to park early and check in later. They said no problem, and let us fill up on coffee and water before walking over to the park for the day. The front desk staff was super friendly. The room was very comfortable and nice looking. Most importantly, the beds were very nice after a long day of walking around. Breakfast was ample with many choices of cooked foods. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We are still waiting on a refund from them. We walked into the room and you first of all get smacked in the face with the smell of mold. It’s on the walls and ceiling growing. There’s an actually water pocket in the ceiling that’s hanging. We always check for bedbugs because that’s not ever something you want to deal with.. well we found them this time. The lady at the front desk was very nice but we are still waiting on a refund that we were promised.

Nice budget hotel next to Busch Gardens
I was evacuating from a Hurricane, so I was not picky. It was a decent hotel for the price. Busch Gardens is across the street, so it would be a convenient place to stay if you were on vacation and on a budget. There are a few locally owned restaurants in walking distance, and they were pretty good.

They have painted over an old beaten down property. For the first time ever myself and especially my young daughter felt unsafe and nervous in the hotel. The door didn't close properly, you could see daylight out the botttom half of the door. It was rundown and beat up, with paint over top of everything to try and make it look nice. There were people including a young child yelling and screaming well after midnight and throughout the night. I was glad to get out of there as quickly as possible. Upon check in, i walked up to the desk. The man and women continued to chat as i stood there!! I waited to see how long it would go on. I finally said "Helloooo?" As in, do you not see me?? Standing here? And the guy looked at me with sunglasses on. I couldn't see his eyes. Anyways, I would NOT recommend and it was not great. The beds were ok, and we managed to sleep a little and then got out quickly.
