Rooms were clean and tidy. Shower and toilet block were the cleanest I've seen for a tourist park. Most staff were very nice. I think were initially checked in by someone having a bad day.

Online photos make the property look far nicer than it is. The accommodation had been cleaned but smelled strongly of fried food. The pools were extremely rundown and unclean - used bandaids floating in the pool and there was a strong smell of urine in places. I think this place would have been awesome 20 years ago.

We loved our family room with a view of the lake and mountain. Enjoyed the hot pools even though some parts are being renovated. We can't wait to see it when its all finished! Will definitely be coming back again for a winter getaway weekend next year, as we have been doing the past 10 years. Love it
