El hotel es bueno, limpio, cómodo, aunque bien básico. Bueno para una estadía corta, una, dos noches. Lejos del centro, no cuenta con lavandería, no ofrece caja de seguridad, desayuno incluido es bajo el nivel. Habitaciones hacia la calle insoportablemente ruidosas, tráfico constante, locales cercanos tienen música hasta tarde. Gerencia debería invertir en ventanas aislantes de ruido.

Site is very expensive compared to other places near by they would not even lend me a cork screw they wanted to charge me 400 pesosez. Additionaly they charge me for a minor defect on there furtinture which was damaged when qe arived another 500 pesos and they would not accept i paid via expedia so i would not recomend them bad service over priced small room dirty corners and cleatly looking to charge for anything and ever thing sdditionaly floors are vety slippery no saftey tape on stairs o took a bad spile on wet tile and at chrck put they ask for moremoney for damges already existing in unit beware and take photos before check in erything.wanted without chargeong me 400 pesos

Nice pool and lawn, family friendly, but the rooms are very bare minimum, the beddings looked used up, the bathrooms are super humble the food is very humble and service takes forever. The air conditioning struggled to keep temperature, none of this would be any importance to me if I had paid a modest price, but they charged us 187 american dollars for one night when i paid 65 for incredibly better hotels in Mexico City with a pool and all the amenities comparable to good American hotels. It was a rip off.

Very nice property! Highly Recommended! Nice pool! Friendly staff My only recommendations are that there are no screens on the windows and the mattresses are not that good.

Not a great value. Stay was OK. Hotel was clean and it is close to the town center. However, no hot water, noise from the streets and other rooms and a bare bones continental breakfast that was included make it not worth the price paid for the room. Staff was neither bad nor good. Internet was not great even for Tepoztlan standards

Elida gave us a great welcoming! She made sure our car was safe and explained our amenities. The service was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and taken to our room in the morning when we requested it. Great staff and great environment. Muchas gracias!

El hotel muy bonito y cómodo, el precio súper accesible, excelente para ir en familia. En mi caso fui en invierno y no nos pudimos meter a la alberca por qué el agua estaba muy fría. El drenaje de los baños huele mal, debimos mantener la puerta del baño cerrada todo el tiempo. Pero creo que ese es un problema del pueblo por qué en la calle y baños públicos también salía ere olor. La atención muy buena, tienen un amplio estacionamiento y nos permitieron ir a dejar el carro antes del check-in mientras pasábamos por el pueblo. Está muy cerca del centro.

Lousy night rest...
Even though it is a very nice hotel and quite cozy, and the personal is really friendly and kind, the rooms are too noisy. The hotel is located over a very busy avenue (with heavy traffic, trucks and buses, all night long) and the windows aren’t soundproof. It was impossible to get a good night rest. Very disappointing...

Me gustó mucho el amplio y bien cuidado jardín que rodea la alberca. El servicio del personal fue muy bueno. No obstante, pienso que los cuartos y sus baños necesitan una renovación, por ejemplo, las regaderas del baño muestran señas de mucho uso.
