Great amenities, very close to the train station, restaurants and shopping centers. Rooms are a little small but it’s nice and cozy. Location is far from the crazy Shinjuku area, very nice and quiet place. Cleaning service was impeccable!

We loved staying here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly each day. It’s close to the station which takes you in any direction you want to go. There are great dining and shopping experiences very close and everything comes alive at night!

Absolutely loved staying here! The location is so convenient for transport and the hotel itself is very modern and clean. Our room was spacious and i would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo in the future :)

Great hotel choice!

Perfect hotel for our family of 4 (adult children). We had 2 rooms and the location was perfect! The rooms were on the smaller side (and we booked an upgraded room) but very clean and well appointed. There was a cold/hot water dispenser on every floor right outside our room which was nice. Our favorite thing was the delicious breakfast buffet. The Japanese selection was incredible and delicious!! Wonderful coffee plus they also offered western selections. This gave us fuel to last throughout the day. We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at this property before (precovid). Our experience on this visit reflected a slip in quality and service levels. Still a decent hotel and a very convenient location but I might try another property when I plan to be in Shinjuku again.
