Great hotel
Would definitely stay here again - close to JR train station but on a quiet street, great breakfast, multiple washer/dryers, ice machines. Having multiple washers on diff floors was a big bonus.

Great, friendly hotel with the perfect location
We booked late. So the first night we stayed at 2nd floor. The next day, we were moved to 13th floor with city view. The change of room is very easy. The hotel took care of luggage moving from the old one to the new room. No tips involved. The service of the hotel stuff is exellent! It worth the money to stay in the deluxe double room! We love the shower/tube room! We relaxed there every night!

Tucked away in a somewhat quieter back alley in Shinjuku away from the main streets, JR Blossom provided excellent access to the primary station (~5 minute walk) and was quiet and very well maintained. The staff spoke English for the most part and we had no issues communicated. While we didn't use it, their hotel also offers luggage transportation to and from both NRT and HND.

JR Kyushu Blossom is an excellent hotel to establish a home base in Tokyo/Shinjuku for touring. A convenient 2 blocks away from Shinjuku station make a trip from Narita airport a breeze. Take the Narita express to get there! Also you can get anywhere you want from there. Accommodations are great. Staff pleasant. Breakfast is good but the same thing each day gets boring. Beds are solid but comfortable. Room was quite roomy for a Japanese hotel, we booked a superior double twin room and ended up on 14th floor. My only complaint is that there are only 2 elevators and wait times were significant at times. All in all I would highly recommend this place

The best thing about this property is it location; you can transport around tokyo easily without having to worry. Yet, the only downside not all staff understand English make its very hard to communicate. Moreover, they will try there best to accommodate your needs as much as possible. So as an overall its not bad.

Loved everything about it. Super clean rooms; strong shower pressure and love all the thoughtful amenities from face wash, bath salts to razors. We would definitely stay here again for all these reasons and the convenience of the train station right across the street and great shopping too.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and the check-in process was easy and fast. We love the location of the hotel, only a few minutes walk to the Shinjuku JR station and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

We loved our stay at Blossom, staff was so friendly and all of front desk spoke English which was very helpful. Rooms were small compared to American hotels but still plenty of room for 3 of and we each had our own bed. Perfect location by Shinjuku train station. Brunch is also very nice. We didn’t get to eat inner at restaurant because we didn’t know we had to make reservations so if you plan on eating there for dinner make sure to make reservations. Hotel also provides very nice hair care products as well as skin care. Very clean hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
