This property is first class. Breakfast was nice. But it took me two hours to find the shuttle bus to the hotel. I went to all the terminals twice carry my luggage. The Hotel bus stops are not easy to find in Haneda like Narrita.

Super elegant hotel/room. Impeccable reception. Room was very quiet, elegantly furnished, really well appointed. Bonus was to get a free shuttle bus to the airport for a very early start at 5:00am. Highly recomended.

Poor shuttle bus service
I needed a hotel not too far from the airport and with metro links into C Tokyo. The Mercure ticked most boxes, but l was disappointed that the shuttle bus only ran in the evening - no use to me.

Easily accessible via public transit, 5 min walk from Otorii station. Very helpful front desk that made our check in a breeze. The included breakfast was good variety of Japanese and Western items that are freshly prepared. The shuttle bus service to and from airport is excellent with clearly published timetable. All in all, I would definitely go back to this hotel next time I am in Tokyo again.

Great brand new hotel minutes from Haneda airport. The staff, rooms and food were all excellent. The metro was 3 minutes away and with the transportation and having to take the metro everywhere in Tokyo anyway, I see no reason to stay elsewhere…. I highly recommend this hotel!

Brilliant quality - perfect for airport
We only stayed the night before our flight but it was such a luxurious and comfortable stay! Highly recommend for anyone flying in or out of Haneda. Room was excellent - super comfy bed, air con quiet, excellent bathroom and facilities available. Wife said it had the best hairdryer out of the 4 Japan hotels we stayed in! Excellent free shuttlebus to the airport - just 15mins to terminal 3. Also try Juicy Burger down the road for your evening meal!

Loved our stay here. The staff was amazing. Everything was clean and beautiful. You are right on a busy street but it is silent in your room. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices both Japanese and Western. Would absolutely stay here again. Great hotel and staff. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This hotel was nice. My room was beautiful. If you like heated toilet seats this place has them. Not my thing but it was ok. The bed was comfy. I think my only negative was the restaurant. The breakfast was pretty good, but when I came for dinner everything I ate was mid. It might have been because I came right at the end of dinner time so maybe try eating earlier. Getting to the airport from here was super easy. Overall I was glad I chose this hotel.
