Our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the views were outstanding - we could see the Tokyo tower and Mt Fuji directly from our room. Shimbashi/Shiodome station were easily accessed from our building which was convenient but sometimes it did feel overwhelming going back and forth due to the size of the station.

This hotel is amazing. The lobby area has a wonderful art exhibition. Many of the rooms are themed and individually decorated. We stayed in the Lucky Cat room and it was beautiful. The lobby has a lounge area that has great city views and the Tokyo Tower, especially wonderful at night.

First time staying in Ginza area. Don’t recommend the location as it is a bit of a walk from the main shopping area but quite close to train station. The hotel itself was very nice. Older hotel that has been remodeled and renovated with each floor full of art. We stayed in an artistic room which added to our appeal to the room. Great view of the city and room was very big for Japan standards.

I loved the view from my room as well as the lounge. I also loved hanging at the lounge, where part of it also has an excellent view of the city. The room was spacious. I also loved that the toiletries were made sustainably. And the art everywhere, they’re excellently chosen. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the neighbourhood.

Overall, it is a great choice. This is a great central location within walking distance of Shimbashi station, Ginza, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating and most spoke a good degree of English. The concierges were excellent at providing advice and directions for us each day. Check-in was efficient and the 25th floor lobby has amazing views looking toward Mt. Fuji. The day we arrived it was clear enough to see Mt. Fuji as the backdrop of the city. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, drinks, and dinner several times. The breakfast buffet was convenient and good for the price. This hotel is themed around art, so if you love art, you will love all of the various exhibits and artwork in the lobby and on each floor. The hotel has a Family Mart convenience store on the lower level which is convenient for exchanging money and grabbing bottled water and snacks on the go. They also have a free coffee/hot cocoa and water station in the lobby and free bottled water in your room. I was traveling with my wife and adult daughter so we needed a room to accommodate all three of us. I reserved the room with two beds plus one extra bed and we were able to push the two beds together for a larger bed for my wife and I. This was a spacious room by Tokyo standards at 355 square feet, with the third bed in its own section of the room. The room was up-to-date and clean. We were on the 33rd floor and it afforded an amazing view of the city.

The staff, hotel, location, and service were excellent. Our room had a great view of Mt. Fuji and the Tokyo Tower. The only drawback was our room was a bit older and needed a renovation.

Park Hotel Tokyo was a great choice though it’s outside some of the more touristy areas. It was very convenient to be able to walk underground to the subway station given there was a typhoon while we were there. There were also convenience stores close by and we were able to take the bus direct from the airport (so no navigating luggage on the train). The room was comfortable as well. Overall, a very good experience.
