The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, giving us Western as well as Japanese choices. Staff held our bags for us after morning checkout all day till we were ready to go to the airport for our evening flight home and they made an appointment for a taxi to pick us up, very accommodating. All in all, would stay here again with no hesitation.

Very cozy hotel. Great staff and wonderful location. A must stay if in the outer Tokyo area. Very delicious breakfast buffet was delicious. Must try the vegetable curry, yakisoba, corn soup, and grilled fish.

Great convenient stay for an early flight from Haneda. The shuttle bus was perfect for us and the main reason we booked this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious for Japan standards, a nice clean bathroom with amenities downstairs at reception should you need them. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend
