Staff was friendly and helpful! Very convenient location, easy to get around. The area is quiet and restaurants and food options are around the corner. Room was clean and A/C was super cold, good for the hot humid days. Room size was decent for 2 ppl, highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was for one day because the airport was near for me and i had to travel early in the morning, beside that staff were really friendly and helpful i was also provided with dining option upon asking they recommended a couple of places. I was also provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which made my life so much easier. Room was the biggest one so far while my travel to japan.

The stay at the hotels was very pleasant. The staff was very polite and pleasant. The breakfast is rated as a 3, the boxed breakfast is below average. I wandered if they serve boxed breakfast to cut costs post covid? The hotel needs to try a buffet style. I didn’t realize ketchup rice was a delicacy

Nice budget hotel near Haneda Airport a short walk from the subway station. Located on a side street which can be difficult to find after dark, really need to use Google maps if you get lost like I did. Rooms were really clean with a good shuttle service to the airport in the morning. My biggest gripe was the sub par breakfast, basically a breakfast in a small box with coffee or tea, no juice or soup. Not recommended for foreign tourists.

Overall it is good. the bed sheets are clean and comfortable. It is just a little bit hard to find an outlet to turn on humidifier.
