Hotel is directly across from the Shinigawa Train center. Makes moving around Tokyo very simple. Plentry of food choices in the area. Very clean inside and outside. Very safe! Would certainly stay here again!!!

The room was a bit small for two people but everything else was great! The room was clean, and staff were accommodating. The complimentary light breakfast was great. The proximity to Shinagawa station can’t be beat!

Our small standard room was very tiny. A bit tricky to walk around the room with 2 suitcases lying flat. Bathroom is elevated so it's a kind of hazardous. The bed was hard so it isn't very comfortable. Carpet in the room needs vacuuming as i can see little dust balls. The hotel location is very convenient with train station right next to it. There's direct train line to & from Haneda airport. All in all it was an ok stay if location is your main priority.

N hotel is very Micro it could be me but I would never stay there again. Bed is small and 12” off the floor 2 chairs in room 8” off floor. It looked like a small world hotel room.
