I had an excellent stay at VIA INN Shinjuku! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. One of the standout features was the laundry facilities, which were convenient and well-maintained. The location was also great, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Functional modern single room

Single room was modern and very functional for one person. Only downside was the single hard pillow although I never got around to asking reception for another pillow if available so that was on me. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, not sure if scrambled egg was real but bread rolls nice and fresh.

This was a fantastic hotel. It was just newly renovated so it was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Staff extremely friendly. 7 eleven and Lawson within 30 second walk and a short walk to train/ subway stations. Overall I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend.

The property was under construction but it didn’t really affect my stay. Small room but most hotels when you’re traveling on a budget are gonna be small. Me and my friend were able to make it work. Staff really nice, we were able to walk to some really delicious food restaurant (noodle and meat places available in a walking distance) also not too far from Starbucks/a decently sized Don Quijote. Overall really enjoyed ourselves.
