Nice facility, lousy staff. The housekeeping was terrible. Ugly “stuff” on the wall that looks like vomit. Spatter on the base of the toilet that looks like s#it. No smell, seems to have been there for a long time. During breakfast the manager was looking at photos with friend while coffee is empty.

The male reception during our check out was so kind and welcoming. Also, he called me about some items we accidentally left behind. Luckily, my family was still in the area and we were able to retrieve the items. That was very nice of him! Much appreciated :)

Newly uplifted rooms. The bath room is huge. Nice quiet hotel. Will stay here more when in this area. My 2nd time here. Front desk attendant was very nice.

I arrived after midnight for check-in. I was assigned a room directly at the point of the entrance and the elevator T in the hallways. While the room was sufficiently clean and comfortable, the noise from other guests being loud around 4 a.m. for quite some time, plus music playing from somewhere near the front made for very disruptive sleep. It would be recommended that a sign be place in the hallways noting that from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for guests to be considerate of others sleeping with quiet voices.

I loved the hotel room way bigger in person we had the jacuzzi suite but i did have some problems with the hot tub there was white particles coming out and got murky very quickly

The room was really dirty…hairs all over the bathtub and sink, what I’m pretty sure was blood on the wall and curtains, stains on the chair, and 2 of the 4 pillows that were on bed smelled strongly of men’s cologne or aftershave, making me think they hadn’t been changed since the last guest. The door locked, but wouldn’t fully stay shut. You could hear everyone else in the hallway really easily. Only positive was the price and amount of space, even though it was dirty.

Great customer service from the sweet lady at the front she accommodated me immediately because I was a few minutes late because i came from Michigan. It worked out amazing and one of the best Jacuzzi rooms I've ever been too. Which speaks a lot of volume because I travel and that's the only rooms I tend to get so I really loved the scenery and the setup of the room itself. Will be back soon definitely my new go to place when I'm in Perrysburg
