The bathroom is small with insufficient towel bars or hooks. What makes it worse is the absence of any ventilation fan in the bathroom. Also the shower curtain rod is installed in a funny way that makes the shower curtain ineffective in blocking the water from spraying outside the tub. And don't count on the fridge to keep any perishable food. It's barely working and the food I brought was spoiled in the fridge.

Our stay ended up not so great, our plans were ruined on Saturday when our toilet had a leak and it took 3 hours which kept us from getting ready to take my granddaughter to the aquarium and Taygate which was her main thing to do nefore the Taylor Swift concert, I did ask approximately how long it would be and was answered about 15 minutes, after an hour and a half I asked again ‘ almost done very soon”.., after an hour I messaged front desk which then they offered us another room, by this time we had no time, we missed the first go train so we ended up just getting into Toronto in enough to eat and go to the concert. Very upsetting for me as I was with my two daughters and granddaughter and I felt as though I disappointed them.

In our King Size Bed Suite there wasn’t any conditioner in the shower only shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, also the hair dryer was a decent size but very weak in air flow it barely dried my hair. Also our room had a jacuzzi, and no bubble baths were available at the front desk for it. The room was a decent size the bathroom was massive the shower was big enough for one person only. The breakfast was good, nice variety of options. The pool was clean, good temp, towels were available, would have preferred larger size towels. The shower in the pool area only had cold water to rinse off.

Place was clean. Staff was very courteous. Only thing was the plug-ins for USB by the bedside. Plug was broken 😞. Had to Macgyver the plug to stay in place. But other than that, place was nice.
