There was not even a single bottle of water provided. The washroom ventilator was not working. Hotel is located in an industrial area so nothing much to see around or do anything besides staying inside the hotel room. Plus they take 100$ deposit when checking in which I have yet to get it back.

The staff was fantastic, and the service was great. The room was decent but could use a bit of maintenance. For instance, the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging. It made me wonder—didn’t the housekeeping staff notice this and inform maintenance before the room was ready for a guest? Attention to small details like this can really enhance the overall experience.
