Lovely family atmosphere. There’s a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel and a bbq that you can use. They have bbq utensils and other stuff you can borrow for free- rice cooker, board games, playing cards… small snack shop at the front desk. Nice little kitchenette in our room. Fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and all utensils and dishes. Parking is free and super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We are happened to visit this property during renovation. It means lobby was full of materials instead lounge chair. One of elevator close to my room was no service, we have to use stairs with our luggage.

I did not have a good experience at TownPlace Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the property was a disaster. The hotel was under renovation, with a jackhammer tearing up the lobby floor along with other work being done. I couldn't hear the desk worker while I was checking in, and she had to write instructions on paper. The environment was also not safe. The business office and fitness center were both closed because of the renovation, which are both important to me as I was there on business. I would not have minded as much if I was informed about this, but the hotel never communicated in advance about the work being done or the amenities that would not be available. I discovered the situation when I checked in. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not return to the TownePlace Suites with other quality options available.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was great. We did have an issue with the lamp and the room lost some power. We had to notify the front desk to send someone to take a look. 2 calls, walk down to the desk, over an hour later someone came and took a look. Issue was resolved. All during the first 30 minutes of checking in. Rest of the stay is fine.

What’s not to enjoy about this spot! Great hotel for tournament teams. Rooms are immaculate, property is well kept and overall a great value. Would highly recommended for families
