It really was very comfortable and really felt like your own apartment but with help! It was generally very nice. I never logged on to the app which I should have as I did not know whow to log on the the network nor where the complimentary breakfast was but finally figured it out. The infused water in the lobby was delightful. Staff went out of their way to help me with a glitch in my banking card that would not work and made me a coffee, which was truly lovely. One it in the suite wa mold in the bathroom, as you sit you can see a bad build up of mold in the sink and spots in the shower. The bathtub would not drain as you were taking a shower so I had to clean a huge amount of hair out of the drain just for the water to drain properly. However, generally I would love to return!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially in the breakfast area on the 14th floor. Even the staff we ran into on the floors, by the pool, and in the elevator were friendly and welcoming. When we called for extra towels and asked for extra blankets, the staff were prompt to get it to us.

It was an average hotel experience. Pillows and Matress smelled a little rank. Sheets were pretty dirty. Location was pretty good if you have a car. House cleaning was so nice and kind.

When we checked in first, the room did not have proper mattress for the sofa bed and the bathroom sliding door was locked and could not open when I was inside. My brother had to use a butter knife to open it for me. The room also had a stuffy and Molly smell to it like it had t been aired out for a long time. When we raised the issues, the staff was mostly friendly and receptive and tried to help us. There was an Asian lady/manager who questioned if I was actually locked in the bathroom because according to her all the bathroom doors did not have a lock. It made me felt like she thought I was lying about being locked in. In the end they were able to switch us to a different room which was much appreciated. Overall, the facilities were 3/5.

Hotel is in a very good location with ample parking space. Excellent studio/room amenities - full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, DW, etc. I think we got a room upgrade. We decided to stay an extra night.

Excellent experience with our stay. My children doesn’t want to go home anymore. I would highly recommend this hotel. Now I know where to stay whenever visiting Toronto now. God bless and God bless to all the staffs and management. If there’s one thing I could only recommend is to upgrade the pool or maintain it a little better especially the water.
