The check in took 45 minutes!! The front desk was supposed to be open till 11 pm, but when we arrived at 10:45 pm, it was already closed. We had to get help from the hotel next door. The person who helped us was very grumpy and unfriendly, but he did try his best to help us...

We had a balcony room with a great view of the bay. The beach is great with lots of areas to sit and enjoy. Super clean, incredible shower head and top notch toiletries as well. Breakfast delivered to room was adequate but not great!

Wonderful get away.
We were extremely satisfied with the room condition, cleanliness, location, friendly service at arrival and throughout our stay. Beautiful lakeside setting and great view. The weather did not allow us to use the beach and water, but perhaps on another visit. The front desk personnel were great and provided us with a main floor room when we requested no stairs. Our stay could not have been better.

I would not get Rm 116 again. People using the ice machine let us up and when our curtains are open, people in the common area can see into our room. Housekeeping should have caught the fact that our toilet seat was completely unattached on the one side and a request should have been sent to maintenance. My husband kind of slid off of it during first use! Staff and breakfast were excellent.
