This hotel exceeded our expectations. On a roadtrip, this was a late night stop just to get sleep for 7 hours. The location was ideal, love that you can walk to some shops/eateries. We had dogs so the parking/ variety of entry/exit options were nice along with all the grassy areas. Inside of hotel was very nice, well maintained, updated, nice staff, clean, comfy, and coffee was strong! Will stay again on way thru

This hotel is nice but for the price they could do better with their customer service. Our kiddo spilled chocolate milk in the room, we asked them to bring a carpet cleaner while we were gone literally all day. They never came. There was no extra toilet paper in the room, asked for that also, they never brought it. Needed towels, had to go get them and they were TINY!! They wouldn’t cover my 12 year olds body. The beds are not all that comfortable and there are NO extra blankets. Just a very thin comforter on the bed. No black out curtains either. Almost $500 for 2 nights, would have been better spent elsewhere.

The main staff at the hotel were friendly. However, a man for house keeping came into the room, without knocking or identifying himself, with the do not disturb sign on the door! I was there for a conference and for that reason, I won’t return to that hotel.

We found a workers drivers license in our room. I got charged more when I paid then what Expedia said it was going to be. Not gonna stay here again. I will say the front desk guys are sooo nice!!
