The rooms have roaches. The first room i stayed incwas infested with roaches, the bathroom wasnt clean the door didnt close all the way. The second room no hot water tv didnt work and roaches. The third room no ac or heat. I checked out and went somewhere else. I have a newborn baby so i couldnt have him in that environment

The hotel is not ran on hospitality & customer service first. Instead the manager runs it like a shelter where your forced to deal with whatever is not hospital and customary to a hotel experience. I complained about lizards in my room, rain leaking in my room, dusty appliances in the room newly given to me, rust & mold on wall and carpet. There is no single room you can safely say is "smoke-free" without smelling cigarette residue. The elevator remaiined out of service during my entire stay. Ceiling had water damage, fire sprinkler questionable since cieling was not closed. Tub left dirty, ac unit broke and not properly working. Every room with a window is sealed off so it can not be opened causing a lack of airflow. I paid for my sI slept in my car the 1st night in freezing weather so i could have air to breathe for that reason since they told me theyd accomedate me with a different room and never did. Just bout most of the place needs some kind of repair done and its evident that is been neglected. There is only one staff at the front desk at all times every 7am, 3pm, 11pm. That staff claims to never know anything or follow up on any issues and or changes made. The front desk staff block you from contacting the manager and or the manager has the staff to tell guests if you have an issue to leave it with front desk. Your message will never get addressed. I contacted the corporate office and have yet to hear back. They way this company does business is pathetic.

No elevator, and unfinished construction/remodeli
Well we checked in around 5:30pm. When we went up to the room we noticed that there was no tv remote control. We call the Lobby and requested a Remote Control and the receptionist advised re that a maintenance guy would program a remote for us. About 3 hours later, around 8:30 pm, the maintenance man came into the room made an attempt to program a new remote unsuccessfully. He left the room and the room stayed without a remote control. That was the most boring night ever without a tv.

This hotel didn’t match pictures on Expedia at all. It was last room available so we felt lucky. After arriving at hotel at 1:00 am front desk manager said the elevator was out so we had the haul our luggage up to the 4th floor only to get to our room and discover that the magnetic key pad didn’t work and door opened without it nor was there any way to lock it. There was no electricity in room either and it smelled like something had died in there! After being completely applauded by what we found we hauled all of our luggage back down to front desk to tell manager we would not be staying there and we wanted our money back. He told us we had to contact Expedia since we booked on there. After contacting Expedia they said it was up to hotel so we had a complete run around from both hotel and Expedia and now going to stop payment on our Amex. So in short this hotel should not be allowed to even solicit on any booking site and I would highly encourage someone from the La Quinta headquarters investigate this hotel as it couldn’t be any worse for it’s reputation as a franchise. We travel all over the world and have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms and this one wins 1st place as being the worst!
