I was told free shuttle was hourly but after waiting 2 freezing hours discovered no shuttle was sent. The night porter was helpful but the day guys didn’t help at all trying to get back to airport, very amateurish. I spent 75 dollars on taxis

Para tener acceso al transporte del aeropuerto hacia el hotel hay poco información; es necesario comunicarse al hotel y la camioneta tarda sobre 25 minutos en llegar. En recepción la atención es buena. El desayuno básico pero el sabor de los alimentos no es bueno. La habitación algo sucia, sin shampoo.

I've been stayin here now for about 3 weeks. Andy at the front desk made sure that we were beyond good each stay. Pravaan was nice as well. Overall the location was easy to access, the staff is cool and who don't loveeeeee free breakfast? We will return when needed!

The bedding had bloodstains on it. They booked my room to someone else while I was staying in it. They came in my room with their key (to my room). I was completely uncomfortable after that.
