Upon check in, we checked our windows which were unlocked with NO screen and access straight out to a roof where there had obviously been a homeless person sleeping. One of our windows would not lock. Called reception and someone came up and said something was wrong with the window and he put a “permanent” lock on it. I did not feel safe at all thinking about how we could have walked into some stranger being in our room. The elevator is super tiny and you have to wait forever for. The walls are like paper thin and all I could hear the entire time was other people in their own rooms. It sounded like they were in the hall right outside our room but they were not. Awful experience.

Our stay was great! The overall room was good, some spots in the bathroom like walls, mirror and baseboards and trim needed some more TLC but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a good stay :)

I have stayed at this property twice before and didn’t mind it the other times I stayed. It’s been about 4-5 years. Check in was smooth and staff are lovely. That’s where it ends. The elevator was “stuck” when we checked in. Words from the staff. We reluctantly used it and then I was stuck inside of it. For 10 minutes. I rang the bells and called the “emergency phone” nobody came to help me. Finally after playing with the buttons the door partially opened and I escaped. When I got off the elevator there was 3 housekeeping staff standing there and nobody helped me or said anything although I had been ringing the alarm for 10 minutes. In addition to this the heater rattled all night long so I didn’t sleep. The thick film of dirt throughout the room was atrocious. The bathroom was so gross. There was some sort of film on the desk not cleaned. The door knobs were the worse. Caked with who knows what. Bathroom, room and closet doors. Have to walk to the 4th floor the rest of my stay was inconvenient but there was no way I was using that elevator again. Please do not use the elevator at this location!!
