The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the sky train was great. The free breakfast was not good and I didn’t like that you couldn’t access free tea or coffee after the breakfast hours like at other properties where water, tea, or coffee are available free all day.

Very centrally located, clean hotel with all the amenities that were desired. There were plenty of food options offered at breakfast. Parking was easy and on one of the nights we even walked over to the Silvercity cinemas to watch a movie. Restaurant options in the area are limited, but it was good to have easy access to the food court at the mall.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and the rooms are spacious and well layed out. You have the mall, shopping and dining at your doorsteps, as well as the skytrain (you will hear noise for sure, but they provide earplugs). Great service and also nice breakfast.
