this hotel is very old and needs an upgrade. the bed felt like an old sofa couch. the walls had old faded wallpaper. pillows on the chairs were old and dirty. The breakfast was ok. the staff was very friendly. This hotel was not worth the price we paid.

Venice is an amazing location. This hotel is on the Grand Canal and close to the water buses. Getting to and from this area by walking with large suitcases isnt easy due to the many stairs over the Canal crossings. Use the water buses. Staff couldnt do enough for us. Arranged 2 breakfast packs for us due to early starts

We had a great stay at Riva del Vin! It was very easy to get to using the water taxi while also being very conveniently located to landmarks such as the Rialto bridge. The staff were super kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was amazing and the coffee service was excellent. I loved that the breakfast room overlooked the canal and even had a balcony that you could access at any time!

Great little hotel on the Grand Canal. Rooms are small but clean. You can go to the common foyer and watch the action on the balcony.

Our room was very dark with zero view. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat biscuits ( rather than fluffy pillows). Also due to lots of rain, room smelled of sewage! Good news....plenty of nearby dining options. Very walkable too.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel and the staff were amazing. Good continental breakfast in a room that overlooks the grand canal. There is also a relaxing room that has a balcony overlooking the grand canal for a great photo opportunity. Right near the Rialto bridge.

Roman at the front desk was great. Always there with a smile ready to provide information about places to eat, best routes to get where we needed to be and how to use the vaporetto. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety and fresh made cappuccino.
