Great location and friendly staff. We were in the separate location across the road which did not have any reception/the public were able to walk in so the security was not good. The roof terrace/bar was not open

We stayed here for one night at the end of October. The hotel is two separate buildings, one across the street from the other. 3 min walk to Stephansplatz and 5 min from metro station. On a quiet street and probably 5-10 min walk to restaurants. Complimentary breakfast and lounge was well appointed.

The staff were wonderful- friendly and kind. Always eager to help when I had questions and went out if their way to make my stay great. Lovely toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. Very quiet room and super comfortable bed. Slept very well here. Rooms slightly on the small side and there is no room service.

Very beautiful rooms, conveniently located. Staff was helpful, but did give bad directions to our dinner. Local restaurants that staff sent us to were good, but there was some difficulty with service. Had we stayed longer we would likely have gone for Chinese instead.

Perfect Hotel in perfect location.
Lovely hotel in perfect location, restaurant and roof top bar (in same hotel but opposite sidenof road) were both fantastic as well. We used train from airport to city centre and then walked to hotel and didn't use public transport again, just walked everywhere. All the staff were lovely as well.
