The toilets in all 3 rooms i booked, gurgled all night long. Actually water spitting up onto the toilet seats. The door to the bathroom did not provide must privacy and the shower is a bathtub shower vs a walkin. Old school configuration. My daily $30 credit was not applied to my bill as it was suppose to be. I inquired at the desk and the reassured me it would be adjusted. I am still trying to get my refund after 4 calls, 5 days later. Thought i was booking an upscale hotel for our family visit, not the case at all.

This has really changed my mind about Marriot, after a few badly run down offerings this is excellent. Great service (Justin on reception is a credit to the business), fabulous rooms, stunning views over the city if you can get floor 12 . Would highly recommend if you are heading to Washington.
