WE COMPLETELY LOVED AND ENJOYED OUR STAY 8/16-8/18/2024. THE STAFF WAS ALL KIND AND ACCOMMODATING, AND THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE ENJOYED THE KEY CARD ACCESS TO THE HOTEL AND ELEVATOR WHICH HELPED US FEEL SAFER. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS PARKING WAS NOT CLEAR, BUT WE SCHEDULED PARKING SEPARATELY VIA THE SPOTHERO APP ONE BLOCK OVER.

Excellent value for the price! The room was small but very well done. With the exception of not having a coffee maker or availability of coffee anywhere in the hotel until 7 am, I have a wonderful stay.

This property was clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was very small and lacked space to put our bags. Some extra shelve up high or under the bed would have been good. The location was excellent for seeing the sights and museums. There were plenty of good dining options close to the hotel.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel is amazing, extremely clean, albeit small like some reviews said it was cozy and efficient. We had everything we needed. The staff was warm and welcoming from the time we walked through the doors. The location was perfect and everything was located in close proximity and easily accessible.

Great and hospitable staff. There were able to give us an early check in and was an easy process. The room was small as expected but still very spacious . My only complaint would have to be the water pressure in the shower. We tried to see if it was a setting but no the pressure was just very poor. Besides that, I would definitely stay again.

Hotel itself was fine, obviously trying to do the London/tiny motel room for a reasonable price which was okay for my needs. But it's become a pretty sketchy area, was convenient for me to get to the Nation Archives where I had daily business, but you need to stay alert. Used to be a good area, hopefully will be gentrified. I won't stay there again but that's because of the area. The hotel was fine. The area could use some other restaurants besides Chinese/Asia, but it is Chinatown.
