The staff was great and the hotel was nice and clean. Didn't like that the buffet was only served on the weekends so I missed out.

Nice building with a lot of hidden dirty and broken spaces. My room was dirty. It seems like someone just checked out of if The carpet was very dirty. The staff is very prompt and helpful. Beds were comfortable. It is very convenient

My only complaint is the price of the parking $60 per night… yes it’s valet all night but they only had to park my car once but hey thats Dc for ya

Location is perfect to drop off student at Georgetown law, right across the street. The hotel is nice and clean, The neighborhood looks great and seems very safe.

We put the privacy sign on the door, but someone came in cleaned our trash. We called the front desk and after the investigation they said we requested the trash cleaning but we did not at all. No follow ups any more. Front desk staff was not nice.

Mouse in the house While we were eating lunch in the restaurant on the property, we saw a mouse was running around on the floor. The staff just ignored our concern. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or accommodating. We were charged $20 for a few hours early check in. However, when we had to leave a day early because there was medical emergency of a family member back in home; they refused to refund any money for not staying a night there. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

A nice place to stay in DC
The valet parking staff and room cleaning team are great! Especially the room clean: our room was kind of messy but the cleaning team was able to have everything tide without mess up anything.
