Great price, the room was good, clean, the staff was very friendly . The beds a little on the hard side & pillows not so comfortable. I know you can’t please everyone but the hot tub wasn’t working & that was something we were looking forward to.

We loved our stay. My only complaints would be the upstairs stomping above. But that can just be the luck of getting someone above you. I also would have liked to know ahead of time that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. I was very much looking forward to some hot tub time. Overall things were clean and accommodating. Will stay again.

At least the staff was nice
The staff was very sweet but unfortunately the other guests were extremely inconsiderate. The room above us was so loud. Sounded like they were walking around with cinder blocks for shoes. Could hear dogs barking and people running up and down the halls.

The staff were great attentive and competent. The roo itself was fine. No complaints on the bed, furnishings, nor bathroom fixtures. However, the room was small. I do a stretching routine in the morning. I didn’t have enough floor space to be able to do my full routine. I have recently stayed at other hotels where this wasn’t a problem, so I wasn’t anticipating the problem. Perhaps if I thought about it at check in and asked for another room it would have been fine. Minor one and my only complaint really. I know, first world problems.
