We just love the Belvedere. While it’s not the most modern hotel, it has the most amazing views and the staff is wonderful. Their breakfasts are great and that’s what had us come back for the second time at the request of our kids. The rooms are spacious. The only downside which happens at any hotel in Europe, is that we sleep with the doors to the balcony open to get the fresh mountain air, and every night and every morning, it is ruined with cigarette smoke coming from another guest. Wish it was a completely no smoking policy in the mountains!

I liked the hotel, the place where is located ( Wengen ) and it is very beautiful building. What it is a little inconvenient is that you have no access by car but there is train easy to take and parking facilities etc

We had reservations at Hotel Belvedere which had to close early for the season, but we were contacted by the manager and offered a room at the Hotel Silberhorn at no additional cost even though it was an upgrade to 4 stars. On top of that, they also upgraded us to a suite with a breathtaking view! The free breakfast was amazing as well as the meal we had in their restaurant. Extremely thrilled with our stay!

Friendly staff, nice and helpful. The beds were not comfortable at all, couldn't sleep well at all, we still have back pain. Very bad pillows and i am not sure why there were no bed sheets, just the mattress cover. Carpets need some good cleaning.

Beautiful hotel with character
The hotel was beautiful, historical and well kept. Far better than the hotel we stayed at in the valley on our last trip to Lauterbrunnen. We loved the staff, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and included mountain view seating.

A boutique hotel with an amazing view
A wonderful view and super friendly staff. The decor of the hotel was nice and personal too. Breakfast was ok, I missed more fresh fruit and vegetables though.
