I paid when i reserved my room. I use to live in Leland and move to Ashville about 6 months ago. I came home for Thanksgiving. I could not check into the hotel because of my ID. It still had my old Leland address and they said i lived too close. I was told i would get a refund but now the hotel and hotel.com are messing me around. I just want my refund. If you want to help with that, please

This wouldn't be a bad place if the carpet was replaced in the whole hotel. It was in very bad condition, stained and unsightly. Pool was closed, looked and smelled bad. Not inviting as it is a centerpiece when going to your room. Choice needs to improve here. Staff was fine...they just didn't have much to work with.

This hotel is okay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Pool was closed, room smelled a bit musty and some of the furniture in the room and in the lobby was in rough shape. Breakfast options were good.
