We enjoyed our stay! Though the room was small, it was clean and quiet. Many toiletries were available, as well as extras like pajamas to borrow. Yokohama train station is very close and has many food and shopping options.

I got a room on the 14th floor - very nice, clean, with options to have my towels changed, or everything changed, or nothing changed over the 2 days I stayed there. I did not mark "quiet" for the property in case there are people who would be very annoyed by the sound of the trains immediately next to the hotel - but I must say it was softer than an AC in many American hotel rooms I have stayed in. I had no trouble sleeping. The staff was very helpful - held my luggage for me when I went shopping. It is 4 minutes by walk from the Yokohama train station - which I used extensively (to get to the hotel from Haneda, and back, to get to Kawasaki and back ... Lots of food options nearby! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel destination to train lines is excellent but I lost my why at the first time of checking in because arrived around 9: pm to station but lost because already all the doors around station were closed and I haven’t find the right why after so long horse around 12 am I had to give up and got a tax to here. The confusion point are the too many bridges and stairs around this hotel. So the staffs are very nice too give them 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but not room size and cline lines. 👎

The hotel room is clean & the amenities good, but it is near the train tracks. The hotel provides earplugs, but you still may hear the noises when trying to sleep. The location is great for getting around the city.

Very noisy, could not get a good nights rest
Staff, location, breakfast, and building were very nice. Downside is the building construction was one of the worst I have ever stayed in my life for soundproofing. You can hear from all around you above, beside and outside the door, outside the building, I couldn’t sleep well on the fourth floor. Kids were running around in the hallway like it was a chuck e cheese and staff didn’t seem to do anything about it.

This was a cozy, clean and quiet place. Eventhough breakfast is served from 6:30 to 11 daily, you are able to sleep in, get downstairs after 11 and still purchase food. The menu changes a bit but you can purchase a meal until 9 at night! This hotel is located a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the Yokohama train station, so getting around was super easy. The room is not spacious, so it took me a few days to get used to that, but it was clean and comfortable. I slept well every single night!
