The price was reasonable and close to the airport for an early flight. However, the planes were a little noisy, but you have to expect that if you are close to the airport!

It wasn't as clean as it could be. Walls looked a bit scratched up and windows were dusty. Beds were fresh and comfortable and we liked how close it was to the airport. The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel, which was nice.

We were four and has to book 2 rooms. Room has no AC just a pedestal fan. With window open there is lot of traffic noise. Convenience is close to the airport but then flights noise is heard. They charged me 36CHF for parking my bad should have find a street parking but that's a lot to charge.

I stayed in the hotel with my friends. I chose the hotel as it claimed a 4 star hotel. However, the main reason to give only 2 stars to the property as it does not have air conditioner. The property is close to the airport but due to it doesn’t have AC one has to open the window and then there’s a lot of plane noises.In the room the temperature was 27 degrees Celsius so it was very hot. There was only a standing fan which didn’t work like AC 😉. I asked the staff to help us in this regard but was answered rudely that that the most hotels in Switzerland are non AC. There was flys when you open the windows

Good place. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Also the TV didn’t work. Good place if you want a clean, comfortable bed, but don’t expect amenities.

The reception status arrogant and rude they increased the parking fee from 31 to 36 per night and they didn’t send me any message or email, when I asked them about this increase they said contact to Expedia while you are not our customer

No air conditioning but the fans are there. If you open the window, the airplane sound is very noisy, but the night is none. Amazing was the free drinks and the big room. I would stay one more time when I'll be there again.

Niels was a great host and the check-in was smooth. He went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as could be. It was very hot in Zurich and we were surprised/disappointed to learn the hotel did not have A/C. I'm sure this was disclosed as part of the property description, but I had either overlooked or forgotten. Regardless, Niels (Nells, sp?) was great. He got us a new fan set up and brought it right to the room. Overall a good experience.

Very basic rooms recommended for staying just for the night to catch an early morning flight as the hotel is very close to the airport. Not ideal for long term stays. Also, if you are coming in peak summer days then beware that the hotel does not have AC and just have a basic stand fan which does not suffice.

Reading light by one bed didn’t work. Shower was difficult to enter and exit. Definite signs of wear and need for repairs/upgrades.
