How do I take care of any special service requests (e.g., ski racks, hand controls)?

To reserve special equipment -- such as GPS, child safety seats, cell phones, ski racks or hand controls -- please call the car rental agency at the number shown on your confirmation before the scheduled pick-up date to check availability.

Special equipment is not included in Hotwire rates and may be subject to additional charges. Car rental agencies' ability to accommodate special requests may be subject to availability. If you have any crucial needs, we recommend booking directly with the rental agency rather than through Hotwire.
